Facing out towards the Bolivian Cordillera Real mountains.

Titicaca is home to many species of bird, of which we saw precious few, and many species of amphibian, of which we saw none. One such is a very large frog with wrinkly skin giving it greater surface area through which to breath under water, where it spends most of its life (such a waste of being amphibian).
