A nice example of the Incas mastery of stonework, carved directly out of in-situ rock.
Much of the stone is fine "white" granite, which this appears to be. Granite is one of the hardest rocks. No one really knows, but it's believed that they used only bronze and other rocks to work it as they had no steel.
